More and more parents are choosing to (or need to) educate their children at home. Some of you have been doing this for years, some of you began with the first lockdown, and some of you are just starting out.
No matter where you are on your home education journey, and whatever your reasons for choosing to educate your children at home, sometimes it’s good to know that there is additional support in place for you and your children.
Over the last few years I have worked with families who have chosen to educate completely at home, as well as those who have negotiated a hybrid arrangement with schools to allow for some time to be spent at school and the rest working at home with my support.
Because all my lessons are tailored for each student, you can decide whether you would like lessons to follow closely what they would be doing if they were in school, or whether you would prefer something that matches your child’s interests more closely.
I have experience of teaching a range of age groups and abilities, and I have worked with children with a variety of different needs, whether that is because they are on the autistic spectrum, have dyslexia, social anxiety, ADHD or low self-esteem due to bullying.
I understand the financial difficulties of home education, especially when this was not your choice and you feel you had no other option but to withdraw your child from school.
Although I cannot reduce my 1:1 rate, if you want to get together with family or friends, I am happy to chat to you about a group rate
